The Manager HR Tech invests in the future of Southwest’s People by supporting the People Systems Team and serves as a liaison between our Technology and Business partners. This role oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of reputed company our HR Tech Applications. In addition, this role collaborates with the People Department Leadership Team to deliver strategic advisory reputed company to functional systems implementation, release management, and escalated issue resolution. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing Customer and personal services including Customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of Customer Satisfaction
• Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems
• Skilled in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
• Ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions (including finding a relationship among unrelated events)

Education

• Required: High School Diploma or GED

Experience

• Demonstrated experience in directly or indirectly leading Team(s)
• Fully functioning, broad knowledge in:
• Supporting systems including troubleshooting issues, new implementations, and release management

Pay & Benefits

• Competitive market salary from $138,800 - $154,200 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
