Job Title: Principal Site Reliability Engineer

As a Principal Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the systems that reputed company our product engineers to ship features quickly and reliably.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including optimizing our homegrown ultra-dynamic recruiting DSL-to-SQL compiler, creating automated guardrails for reputed company and privacy, and implementing infrastructure to support an event-driven architecture and data warehouse. You will also collaborate with our product engineers to define SLOs and implement corresponding SLIs, ensuring that our platform is highly available and performant.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable systems to support our growing platform
• Collaborate with product engineers to define SLOs and implement corresponding SLIs
• Optimize our homegrown ultra-dynamic recruiting DSL-to-SQL compiler and create tools to help developers do so
• Create automated guardrails for reputed company and privacy of customer data
• Implement infrastructure to support an event-driven architecture and data warehouse
• Work with the business and engineering teams to define and implement technical roadmaps

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on reliability and scalability
• Strong background in programming languages such as TypeScript, Node.js, and React
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure, including AWS and Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of reputed company and privacy principles, with experience implementing automated guardrails
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
