Job Overview

The Access Center Coordinator will be responsible for performing a range of duties, including scheduling and pre-registration, patient registration, and customer service. You will work collaboratively with reputed company to ensure that patients receive timely and effective care, and that our operations run smoothly and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Utilize effective customer service skills to guide patients through the healthcare system and overcome obstacles to care

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience in insurance, managed care, private physician's office practice, or hospital registration setting
• Knowledge of Epic and Epic reputed company preferred
• Progressive Access Center/Patient Access or Pre-Services experience: Health insurance Benefits, Financial Clearance, Customer Service/Patient Experience
