About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and driven Client Intake Specialist to join reputed company on weekends. In this remote, weekends-only role, you’ll be the first reputed company of contact for prospective clients seeking in-home care services. You’ll manage a high volume of inbound leads, guide them through the intake process, and help set the stage for our care team to take the next steps. Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management
- reputed company 50-60 outbound follow-up calls per day to leads from platforms such as reputed company and AgingCare.com
- Manage relationships with prospects through consistent follow-up, even over long reputed company cycles (up to 12 months)
- Follow up on weekend social media inquiries and geofenced ad responses
Appointment Setting
- Pre-qualify leads during intake calls to determine service eligibility
- Schedule assessments for qualified leads and maintain accuracy in scheduling
CRM & Administrative Support
- Accurately update reputed company and reputed company with reputed company status, call notes, and appointment details
- Collaborate with reputed company team to ensure seamless reputed company and ongoing follow-up
- Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and urgent weekend inquiries promptly
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong phone-based sales or client intake experience
- Comfortable managing 50-60 calls per day
- Prior experience in home care, healthcare intake, or reputed company reputed company preferred
- Familiarity with reputed company or similar CRM systems (training provided)

- Must be available and reliable on weekends (Saturday & Sunday only)
