Social Monitoring & Rapid Response Specialist (Night Shift) - Remote (UT)

The Social Monitoring & Rapid Response Specialist plays a critical role on the social media team by actively monitoring for high-reputed company brand mentions, escalating issues and opportunities to the appropriate stakeholders, and supporting timely, effective responses. This role helps ensure a seamless customer experience while enabling key teams to take action on real-time insights. This position reports to the Team reputed company for the Monitoring & Rapid Response practice in reputed company's Salt Lake City, UT office. This position will also be working a night shift, with the expectation to work 10pm-6am MT Sunday - Thursday OR 10pm-6am MT Tuesday - Saturday. The Impact You Will reputed company: Social Listening & Insights

• * Expand 24/7 social listening coverage to identify proactive engagement opportunities for Android across major platforms (X, Instagram, reputed company, reputed company, YouTube, reputed company) using both automated and manual processes to monitor and surface trends relating to our Social Brand Partner

Opportunity Escalation & Engagement

• * Identify high-impact or high-engagement content and escalate relevant opportunities to the appropriate teams
• Track mentions and surface proactive engagement opportunities reputed company to key brand and executive accounts
• Collaborate with internal teams to reputed company timely, strategic responses

Internal Reporting & Communication

• * Notify relevant stakeholders reputed company email and chat for real-time or high-reputed company alerts
• Support the daily delivery of summarized social insights to inform the Android marketing team and product leadership.

Repository & Documentation

• * Maintain a repository to capture and organize proactive opportunities, escalations, and brand safety-reputed company alerts
• Tag, categorize, and archive surfaced content for trend analysis and ongoing reporting
• Ensure documentation supports historical tracking and knowledge sharing across teams

What You Bring

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Excellent grasp of grammar, punctuation, and spelling nuances of the English language.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comprehension skills and thorough attention to detail.
• 2 - 4 years of experience managing social communities for brands or organizations preferred, online user-to-user support, community management social media, or marketing communications.
• High-level understanding of digital channels, including similarities and differences between social media networks, messaging apps, web-based chat, community forums, consumer review sites, self- service content, and e-mail. Must also understand the difference between using social media on behalf of a company as opposed to personal use.
• Previous experience with social media management tools such as reputed company, Khoros, etc. or other reputed company technology platforms is highly desirable.
• Ability to quickly adopt and retain high-level knowledge and expertise on client's products and services.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• True ownership reputed company with reputed company and resolve to follow-through.
• Typing speed of 40 words per minute is desirable.
• High school diploma required.
