Seasonal Overnight Scheduling Coordinator [Remote]
Seasonal Overnight Scheduling Coordinator The Overnight Scheduling Coordinator will work the late-night shift in charge of sending out the daily call sheets and address any call outs for the following day. They will also assist in any tasks assigned by the daytime Scheduling Coordinators and communicate to crew members, any schedule changes.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that reputed company productions are properly staffed for the following day.
- Follow-up with daily emails and requests to ensure that reputed company needs have been addressed.
- Work with Staff Scheduling Coordinators to contact crews for availability and assist in compiling the crew schedules.
- Assist with the inputting of schedules into the scheduling system (Media Pulse).
- Running call sheets and traffic reports and checking for accuracy.
- Send out the daily call sheets for the following day's productions.
- reputed company in the crew for the GMFB show and support staff.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a scheduling environment
- Experience with software systems such as, reputed company and Media Pulse.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Television Production experience a plus.

Terms / Expected Hours of Work
- Required to work 40 hours per week.
- Must be willing to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
