Seasonal HEDIS Abstractor I/II

reputed company of Idaho is seeking a seasonal Medical Record Abstractor that will conduct a comprehensive review of medical records in accordance with NCQA guidelines and HEDIS technical specifications. This position can be remote reputed company a mutually acceptable location. Level I We're looking for a Medical Record Abstractor with: Experience: 2 years’ health reputed company, medical record review, or relevant experience to include medical terminology. Level II Experience: 3 years’ health reputed company, medical record review, or relevant experience to include medical terminology. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Science, Nursing, Social Work or reputed company field; or equivalent work experience (Two years’ relevant work experience is equivalent to one-year college) Preferred License

What a day of a Medical Record Abstractor would look like:

• With a high level of accuracy, interpret relevant clinical criteria through review of medical records.
• Review and interpret HEDIS technical specifications (training is provided)
• Review assigned medical records and abstract clinical data elements for HEDIS reporting.
• Enter data collected into HEDIS platform (reputed company).

• Review Idaho Health Data Exchange for pertinent medical records.
• Remotely access assigned Electronic Health Records to abstract medical records.
• Collaborate with abstraction and administrative team to ensure a successful HEDIS audit.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the reputed company pay range is $28.23 to $48.26. The position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus (variable depending on company and employee performance.
