Position Overview

As a Level 1 Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer support through live chat. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive support experience. Responsibilities

As a Level 1 Chat Support Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with processing payments and billing issues, account access issues, modifying plans and add-ons, processing cancellations and refunds, updating account information, and questions about different pricing plans available to customers
• Handling 2-3 reputed company live chats, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and provide exceptional support
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
• Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
• Adhering to arenaflex's quality standards and customer service policies

Skills & Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Over 3 years of level 1 chat support experience handling billing and account-reputed company queries
• Experience with help desk tools like reputed company, Intercom, reputed company, or reputed company
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience supporting customers using WordPress (reputed company to have)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong team player with a supportive and friendly attitude
