We're seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Senior Payment Analyst to join our Corporate Payment Analysis Department. About the Role

The Senior Payment Analyst will work closely with department leadership, Procurement, Toyota Plants, Accounting & Finance Leadership, and Suppliers to provide support for exception processing, resolve payment issues, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical reputed company, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to support timely and accurate payments to vendors

• Upload or enter invoices to reputed company, clear Global Netting transitions, process voids, and reissue payments
• Support system implementation, User Acceptance Testing, and IT break-fix testing and enhancements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a reputed company field
• 3+ years of experience in Accounting, Accounts Payable, or other finance-reputed company roles
• Proven analytical, interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
