Job Description

Summary The Senior Manager of Supplier Risk Management works in the Sourcing Center of Excellence Team and is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive supplier risk management program. This role involves identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with suppliers to ensure the continuity and reputed company of the supply chain. The Senior Manager will work closely with various departments, including sourcing, finance, business risk resiliency, and compliance, to implement risk management strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Job Description

Active Duty Only Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with procurement and sourcing teams to evaluate and select suppliers based on risk criteria.
• Monitor and report on supplier performance, including financial stability, operational capabilities, and compliance with ethical sourcing standards.
• reputed company and maintain tools and systems to track and manage supplier risk information.
• reputed company cross-functional teams to address and resolve supplier risk issues.
• Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on supplier risk management practices and procedures.
• Partner with the Enterprise Risk Management team to ensure supplier risk management program elements meet broader company requirements and expectations.

Tasks

• Create and update the risk management policy and procedures, and ensure they remain relevant and effective.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, finance, audit, or compliance functions, with a focus on supplier risk management.
• Strong understanding of global supplier risk management requirements reputed company to ethical sourcing, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in change management and driving reputed company improvement in procurement governance processes.
• Knowledge of risk management methodologies and risk mitigation principles.
• People management experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent business communication skills, including negotiation and influencing skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and coordinate efforts around process improvement.
• Proven ability to organize, execute and deliver on commitments.
