As a Transportation Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our transportation network, driving success, and making a direct impact on our ability to serve customers on time.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our Network Operations Center (NOC) team, responsible for managing transportation execution across our supply chain network. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving abilities, superb communication skills, and a passion for process improvement.

Job Description:

The NOC is the central command and control center for transportation execution, supporting multiple geographies and ensuring hassle-free, timely pick-up and delivery of freight. As a Transportation Specialist, you will:

• Drive towards simple, scalable solutions to reputed company problems and have excellent project-management skills
• Work with business and operations teams to solve customer escalations, analyze historic results, and initiate programs in an environment of rapid growth and increasing complexity
• Improve visibility tools, methods, and processes to increase the availability and granularity of actionable data to internal and external partners
• Proactively initiate SOPs and process changes as required, demonstrating significant ownership of customer issues

Responsibilities Include

• Communication with internal customers (CS, MM, LM, FC, Trans Program, HR)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling positioning/messaging strategies and present reputed company information clearly and concisely
• High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical, mediation, and problem-resolution skills
• Demonstrated leadership with a bias towards action, supporting a culture of ownership and learning

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics
• Experience with reputed company
• Experience with SQL
