Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old
• Reside full-time in the 50 United States, Mexico, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, or the United Kingdom
• Ability to receive PayPal payments
• Expertise or passion in conflict resolution or a related field
• Meet our community standards, including prompt, professional communication with families and the Outschool team
• Observe our class content policy, including the policy that Outschool classes are secular and objective
• Reliable and fast Internet connection (over 3Mbps upload and download)
• Technical know-how to effectively run online classes
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Verify your identity and pass a criminal background check
