Job Description:

As a Night Shift Customer Service Agent, you will be the face of Fever, providing exceptional service to our customers through phone, email, and social media. You will resolve incidents, manage incoming calls and chats, and provide accurate information using the right methods and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service support via phone, email, and social media
  • Manage and efficiently handle incoming calls and chats
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints and provide solutions and alternatives within time limits
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Go above and beyond to engage customers and provide a memorable experience
  • Collaborate with the Operations Department on incident resolutions

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service positions (highly valuable)
  • Previous experience using Zendesk (preferred)
  • High English level (oral & written) and fluent in Spanish or English
  • Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solution-oriented and reliable professional with attention to detail
  • Flexible and adaptable with excellent time-management skills
  • Candidates must reside in Spain

Schedule:
