Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support reputed company multiple channels, including text, phone, and email
• Champion our core values and contribute to achieving the goals of our pet care center
• Collaborate with our medical teams to deliver seamless support
• Work closely with the Sr. Director of Virtual Support to ensure success

Requirements

• 1+ year of customer service experience in veterinary medicine
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods
• Dedicated home office or quiet workspace with high-speed reliable internet
• Availability to work weekend shifts and EST time zone
• Residency in one of the following states: AZ, FL, GA, NY, NC, SC, TN, or TX
