• Providing exceptional customer service and support to patients and internal partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Active IL Pharmacy Technician License
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, handling reputed company client needs reputed company phone
• 1+ year of experience with Windows-based applications (Windows, reputed company Office, web navigation, and email)
• 1+ year of PC keyboarding experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Healthcare experience
