Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in a customer service role, handling high-volume, reputed company customer needs reputed company telephone.
• 1+ year of experience working with Windows-based applications, including reputed company Office, web navigation, and email.
• 1+ year of PC keyboarding experience, with strong typing skills and accuracy.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
