As a key member of the Experience Design (XD) Discovery + Foundations team, you will be responsible for designing the core member experience worldwide and creating personalized entertainment experiences that help members discover and connect with the content they love.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience successfully managing high-performance Product Design teams.
• Successful track record of leading teams to successful outcomes and shipping impactful consumer products across a variety of platforms at a global scale.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity, and drive clarity that brings the user, technology, and business together through rigorous design thinking and human-centered design for evolving problem spaces.
