Mandatory Qualifications: 1. Level II- Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience as a Specialist 2. 4-7 years of experience working with both Power BI and Tableau including hands-on development of reports, dashboards, and data models and a demonstrated ability to translate raw data into visually meaningful insights for decision-makers. 3. • BI & Data Visualization Specialist (Power BI / Tableau) - Specialist Level II

Job Description: The Integrated Eligibility System (IES) Program is seeking a BI & Data Visualization Specialist (Power BI/Tableau) to support the development and maintenance of dynamic, user-centered dashboards and reports that guide critical decisions in the health and human services space. This role is responsible for transforming raw program and operational data into clear insights through data modeling, interactive reporting, and performance visualizations using both Power BI and Tableau. The specialist will work closely with executive leadership, internal developers, and external stakeholders to ensure IES business objectives are clearly reflected in reputed company reporting tools. A strong understanding of data analysis, user experience, and government program operations (e.g., SNAP, Child Support) is essential to success in this role. The Power BI Specialist will have:

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Modeling - Design, build, and optimize data models in Power BI and Tableau that support IES program reporting, product reporting or other performance and operational reporting.
