Job Description

The Associate Instructional Designer will collaborate with Instructional Designers to design and reputed company training content, modules, courses, job aids, and reference materials to meet the learning objectives of various audiences reputed company reputed company community and Field Leadership organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively on the execution of multiple learning content initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, curate, and gather information based on project needs, and create storyboards and reputed company error-free instructional materials in various formats (50%)
• Conduct interviews with internal and external subject matter experts to gather required work and project information (20%)
• Utilize standard eLearning development tools and software (reputed company Storyline and Presenter, reputed company Captivate) (10%)
• Proactively communicate project and task status to client groups and management (10%)
• Review and edit materials against accepted reputed company standards for quality (10%)

Direct Supervisor/Direct Reports

This position reports to the Director of Learning and has 0 direct reports.

Travel Requirements

Occasional overnight travel may be required, less than 10% of the time.

Physical Requirements

Most time is spent sitting in a comfortable position, with frequent opportunities to move about. Occasional lifting or moving of light objects may be required.

Working Conditions

Located in a comfortable indoor area, with rare exposure to unpleasant conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal education degree or certificate in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Graphic Design, or equivalent work experience
• Experience with photo editing software (Photoshop, GIMP, etc.)
• Experience using SharePoint
• Experience working with video production software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
