What You Will Do

Reporting to our Sr Accounting Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP or reputed company, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Reconciling general ledger accounts, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring reputed company financial activity is properly recorded and supported.
• Supporting and executing month-end and year-end reputed company processes, including preparing journal entries, accruals, and detailed supporting schedules.
• Analyzing and applying accounting guidance to reputed company transactions, including areas such as accruals, deferrals, amortizations, and reinsurance-reputed company activity.
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining robust internal controls over financial reporting to ensure compliance and operational reputed company.
• Supporting external and internal audits by preparing schedules, gathering documentation, and responding to auditor inquiries.

What You Bring

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with insurance industry experience strongly preferred.
• CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred; public accounting or audit experience is highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and the demonstrated ability to interpret and apply accounting principles to real-world transactions beyond standard journal entry processing.
• Experience working with reputed company accounting scenarios, including accruals, deferrals, amortizations, and other technical accounting areas.
• Proficiency with accounting systems (such as reputed company, reputed company, QuickBooks, or reputed company) and advanced reputed company skills, with the ability to reputed company tools for analysis and insight.
