Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound customer calls in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to de-escalate conflicts and ensure customer satisfaction
• Work effectively in a remote setting, maintaining productivity and meeting performance goals

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a large call center or high-volume customer service environment
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule, including evenings and weekends (1-2 Saturdays per month)
• Strong internet reputed company and a quiet, private workspace at home
• Proficiency in MS reputed company, Word, and Outlook, with touch typing skills
• Ability to work on dual screens with reputed company inbound calls
• Experience working remotely is desirable
