Job Summary

The In-Plant Solutions Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing our MSC ControlPoint Solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, including excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to drive long-term customer satisfaction
• Manage MSC ControlPoint Solutions, including vending, VMI, and crib management programs
• Determine optimal sourcing strategies for key customer projects
• Collaborate with the account team to maximize customer satisfaction and future projects
• Resolve on-site customer product and service issues
• Communicate customer concerns to management to ensure effective problem resolution

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
• College degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in inbound/outbound telephone sales, reputed company sales, storeroom or inventory management, or customer service
• Industry experience preferred
• Relevant military experience a plus
• Metalworking knowledge and experience a plus
