Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hardware, software, and network support to employees via telephone, email, or remote tools, ensuring efficient troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot various software and hardware components, including computers, notebooks, printers, and telephone handsets.
• Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365 applications and OneDrive to ensure seamless user operations.
• Handle data backup and restoration procedures, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Manage and maintain the ticketing tool, ensuring timely tracking, escalation, and closure of support requests.
• Oversee IT assets, including allocation, return procedures, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in Back Office IT Support Role.
• Graduate/Diploma in a relevant field (B Tech/B E preferred).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Hindi.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new technologies and methods.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.
