Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support, training, and orientation for new and existing technology users reputed company phone, live chat, or in-person support
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner, following best practices and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Maintain the reputed company, reputed company, and availability of our IT infrastructure, ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive data
- Document daily tasks, training, and support sessions to inform the department and organization of IT support needs
- Maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory, and assist with maintaining information reputed company through controlled hardware or software installation and staff education

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support role or technology field
