Key Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support, training, and orientation for new and existing technology users reputed company phone, live chat, or in-person support
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner, following best practices and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Maintain the reputed company, reputed company, and availability of our IT infrastructure, ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive data
• Document daily tasks, training, and support sessions to inform the department and organization of IT support needs

Requirements:
