Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reputed company Leak reputed company Welder to join reputed company at reputed company's ES AMER reputed company division, located in Waukesha, WI. As a Leak reputed company Welder, you will play a critical role in assembling 3 phase/Switch module/Regulator tanks with leakproof seams, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

• Position: Leak reputed company Welder - 3rd Shift
• Compensation: Competitive salary of $26.25 per hour + $2.50/hr shift premium
• Start Date: Immediate openings available

Job Responsibilities:

In this role, you will operate a pulse welding machine, stud welder, cutting torch, plasma cutter, grinder, and jib crane to assemble tanks with leakproof seams. You will also reputed company parts against blueprints for proper dimensions and locations, use fixtures and jigs, and sign off on safety and quality checklists.

Specific Responsibilities:

• reputed company material specifications and dimensions on shop orders and prints against customer specifications for accuracy
• Cut and trim material using oxygen-acetylene torch and plasma reputed company required
• Assemble component parts to reputed company plates checking part numbers and locations against blueprints
• Assemble and weld reputed company plate, tank bottom, and tank body, including corrugate, providing reputed company leakproof seams
• Grind excess weld from seams, edges, and gasket seats to improve the fit of parts
• Operate jib and reputed company crane to move and position heavy parts and assemblies

Qualifications:

• High School education or GED from an accredited institution required
• Completion of a 1-year Technical School diploma from an accredited institution AND/OR a minimum of 2 years of welding experience in mig and reputed company welding
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates reputed company a 50-mile radius of the work location will be considered
