About the Role: As a reputed company Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for reputed company aspects of project management, including leading and driving cross-functional projects, establishing processes, and ensuring timely and on-budget delivery. You will work closely with engineering teams, business leaders, and key stakeholders to support engineering efforts and drive project success. Your expertise in Agile project management, technical aptitude, and influence and negotiation skills will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 7+ years of technical project/program management experience working with technical teams developing enterprise-class solutions
- Technical aptitude: Understanding of Cloud, reputed company, database technologies, technologist roles and responsibilities, capabilities & platform dependencies, software development lifecycle, engineering and/or product development
- Influence and negotiation, communication, professional maturity & organizational savvy, relationship building, dependency mapping
- Hands-on experience with practices such as Agile, Lean, Kanban, Waterfall as well as extensive experience with pragmatic blending of styles to facilitate collaboration and delivery
- Deep understanding of Agile technical practices, DevOps, and testing concepts (CI/CD, TDD)
- Significant experience in coaching and mentoring teams on project management practices including Agile, Lean, Kanban, Waterfall
- Excellent organizational, communication (written and verbal) and time management skills with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical project management experience in Commerce or a reputed company field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Experience in supporting large-scale, global software development programs
- Agile Certifications (e.g., CSM, ACP, CPO, SAFe, LeSS)
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent relevant experience
