Job Summary:
We are seeking an exceptional Director, Planning, Design & Construction (Administrator II) to join reputed company at California State University, Fullerton. Requirements:
- Baccalaureate degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management
- 5+ years of management experience in planning, design, and construction management

- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Possession of a California registration as an engineer or architect, or certification as a construction manager
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, practices, and procedures
- Experience in arbitration and mediation for claims resolution
