As a key member of our student support services team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing coaching strategies to help students achieve academic success. - Develop and implement individualized success plans for students, providing guidance on study skills, academic support resources, and campus-wide initiatives.
- Coordinate and manage scheduled and group tutoring programs, ensuring seamless delivery of academic support services.
- Provide leadership on student success best practices, advising at-risk populations, and monitoring student progress.
- Collaborate with academic divisions to develop support resources, learning initiatives, and teaching methods that facilitate student success.
- Manage daily operations and activities of the Learning Center, including staff supervision, scheduling, and customer service initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- At least one year of work experience in a related field, preferably in a college tutoring/learning center.
- Knowledge of student development theory and intermediate MS Office skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working at a college tutoring/learning center, coordinating tutoring and academic support initiatives.
