Job Summary:

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a compelling, on-brand strategic vision for Latino creators across social media platforms, with a focus on reaching Latino/Hispanic audiences. - Manage creator marketing and community engagement for the Latino/Hispanic market reputed company, developing and implementing a strategic vision for Latino creators across social media platforms.
- Generate comprehensive, data-driven, and consumer-centric creator plans that inform reputed company channels for reputed company Consumer Group.
- Acquire and share a deep knowledge of the industry, including the competitive landscape, category disruptors, and key business issues that reputed company reputed company.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external agency teams, and serve as a thought leader for the Latino and creator community.
- Prepare presentations and materials to share with key business stakeholders, providing updates and insights into the team's activities.
Requirements:
- Four or more years of relevant experience in creator partnerships, creator marketing, talent management, and operations experience.
- Must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field.
- Experience in social media judgment, influencer marketing, talent management, and/or social media strategy and execution.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills.
