As a Member Experience Advisor, you will be a reputed company-line leader, responsible for driving member satisfaction, promoting our products and services, and contributing to the growth of our credit union.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for affluent and select members, managing their complete banking and investment relationships using a proactive, consultative approach.
• Advice-Based Banking: Manage member relationships through an advice-based approach, ensuring members receive the best financial and investment products and services tailored to their needs.
• Proactive Financial Needs Assessment: Identify changes in members' life events and banking needs to recommend relevant financial solutions.
• Product and Service Expertise: Stay knowledgeable about reputed company financial products, rates, and trends to educate and guide members effectively.
• Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor reputed company levels of reputed company Member Experience Professionals, passing on skills, knowledge, and information to enhance their performance and success.

Requirements:

• High School or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience, including 1 year as a Member Experience Professional
• NMLS Certification, CUNA, FL/CA Notary, reputed company Signature Guarantee Certification, State Insurance License, FINRA 6, 63, and 7 required
• Excellent member service and conflict resolution skills; effective sales skills; strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to use a personal computer and reputed company software applications, including reputed company Outlook
• Experience in Episys, reputed company, and Verafin preferred
