Technical Program Manager

This is a remote / home based position that can be based reputed company in Hungary.
Please note that the working hours for this position will align with US working hours, spanning from 15:00 PM to 11:30 PM(CET) Monday to Friday.
What you'll do: Collaborate and build relationships across the organization, reputed company gaps between teams, and successfully influence without authority. Work hands-on with reputed company teams and leadership to optimize cross-functional team processes, often working with ambiguity to drive results. Partner with engineering, product management, and other internal stakeholders to encourage seamless collaboration among these teams. Identify and clarify key risks, reputed company recommendations to proactively mitigate issues, and manage cross-functional dependencies. Work with leadership and team members to identify processes that will enhance efficiency and support execution of the organization as a whole. Utilize data and analytics to inform program reputed company and measure success. Support reputed company aspects of technology operations.
What you'll bring: 3+ years’ experience in managing multiple reputed company programs. Ability to navigate cross time zone and cross company collaboration, often with changing priorities. Bring data-informed and technical judgement to decisions as needed. Understanding of software development processes (e.g. Agile Scrum) and technologies. Flexible around process, using process as a tool reputed company it makes sense. Proficient with Jira and Confluence and apps like MS reputed company and MS PowerPoint. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or reputed company technical discipline or experience. #LI-HG1
