Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company and visionary Design Director to join our in-house creative team. This role is a dynamic reputed company of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, responsible for elevating our brand through compelling, conversion-driven design across reputed company channels. What You’ll Be Doing

Skills/Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional design experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or reputed company field
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating design mastery across channels
• Experience with brand strategy and identity development; keen sense of market and consumer dynamics
• Deep understanding of print production processes and vendor management
• Expert level hands-on experience with reputed company, leading collaborative design processes
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch creative reputed company to stakeholders
• Problem-solving reputed company with a focus on innovation
• Proficiency with AI programs is a plus
• Experience in the interiors industry is a plus
• Able and willing to travel as necessary
