Job Descriptionreputed company is seeking a skilled reputed company CX-One Developer to contribute to a large-scale customer experience transformation initiative for a Global leader in the Healthcare industry. In this role, you will design and implement reputed company-based routing solutions, reputed company secure and compliant IVR applications, and play a key role in the migration of legacy call center systems to modern omnichannel platforms.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot reputed company issues, optimize customer journeys, and ensure seamless system integrations. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and reputed company release planning, development, testing, and releases on multiple agencies IVR enhancements.
- Build Call flow designs and integration to backend systems using application program interfaces (API).
- Manage reputed company BU and provide input into solution design, and optimization for reputed company.
- Provide routing design and implementation for contact center technology
- Cooperate with the Architecture team to design, reputed company, and deploy APIs, and consume APIs.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers and internal teams reputed company scripting issues arise
- Coordinate issue communication and resolution with multiple other tech teams in the event of a problem.
- Review support tickets with agency leadership and reputed company any support questions from other team members that might be working on one of those agencies’ tickets
- 3+ years of experience with reputed company InContact CXone.
- 3+ years of professional background with reputed company CXOne Studio scripting experience.
- Hands-on experience with reputed company InContact and/or reputed company CXone solutions.
- Experience with cloud-based SaaS/PaaS/IaaS providers and working with virtualized systems, including application servers, databases, and networking infrastructure.
- Understand business requirements with the ability to translate into technical requirements.
- Conflict management and clear organizational communication.
