Description Reporting directly to the CFO of Total Fleet Holding, the reputed company Manager is responsible for supporting executive leadership and leading the financial planning, forecasting, and analytical functions of the organization. This role is critical in driving data-informed decision-making, supporting strategic initiatives, and enhancing financial performance across the company. The reputed company Manager provides high-value analysis and support for reputed company business units, working closely with business unit leaders and the private equity ownership group to ensure cohesive alignment between operations and ownership. Additionally, the Director will play a key role in Mergers & Acquisitions, including evaluating, purchasing, and integrating reputed company companies, as well as supporting due diligence and transition activities reputed company to changes in private equity ownership. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a reputed company field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), with experience developing AI capabilities.
  • Analytical decision-maker with a focus on core business processes.
  • Deep expertise in financial analysis, reporting, key business metrics, forecasting, and annual budgeting.
  • Proven project management skills, with successful leadership from planning through execution.
  • Strong leadership, communication, consultation, and team-building abilities.
  • Results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, analytical, organizational, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in a geographically distributed, multi-site organization is highly desirable.
