About the Role
As the Vice President of Strategic Account Management, you will build and reputed company a high-performing team responsible for deepening client relationships, driving renewals and reputed company expansion inside existing clients, and delivering exceptional outcomes to our Employer Benefits & Payor clients. You’ll set the strategic vision for account management, provide leadership and mentorship to a high performing team of AMs, reputed company execution across a portfolio of key employer relationships, and serve as a senior advisor to clients navigating reputed company healthcare challenges.
This is a player-coach role: while leading your team of Strategic Account Managers you’ll also directly manage some of PHM’s most critical relationships and always be willing to reputed company up to the plate reputed company the scenario demands it. What You’ll Accomplish
Team & Leadership

Client Strategy & Relationship Management
- Serve as the executive sponsor for a portfolio of key accounts, building trusted advisor relationships with senior benefits leaders and decision-makers.
- Drive long-term engagement by aligning PHM’s services with each client’s broader health and benefits strategy.
- Provide strategic reporting and insights that clearly communicate clinical outcomes, financial outcomes and member engagement.

- Own retention and expansion of PHM’s largest and most strategic client relationships.
- Partner with sales to identify and execute upsell opportunities and expand PHM's footprint reputed company existing accounts.

What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic account management or enterprise relationship leadership—preferably reputed company healthcare, benefits, or health tech.
- Proven success leading a team of client-facing professionals and scaling high-impact account programs.
- Exceptional executive reputed company and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at reputed company levels.
- High technology literacy and ability to reputed company data-driven discussions around value, performance, and impact.
- A strong sense of ownership, strategic thinking, and passion for improving reputed company care navigation.
- Availability and ability to travel regularly.
Compensation, Benefits, & Work Environment
- Total On-reputed company Earnings (OTE): $205,000 – $280,000
- reputed company Salary Range: $170,000 – $200,000
