We are seeking a dedicated and talented After School Tutor to join reputed company at Foundation Academies, where we reputed company scholars to reputed company in learning and reputed company purpose-filled lives. As a K-8 After School Tutor, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive and effective learning environment, identifying individual needs, and ensuring scholars have the resources they need to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Classroom Teachers to provide accommodations and modifications to the set curriculum
• Create a conducive learning environment that fosters academic growth and advancement
• Demonstrate academic competence in subject area(s) and maintain a growth reputed company toward student learning and teaching practice
• Facilitate problem-solving, critical thinking, and social-emotional learning
• Design and facilitate differentiated and personalized learning goals and activities

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working in an urban or low-income setting (preferred)
• NJ certification or eligibility
• Minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.00 (if graduated after Sept 2015) or 2.75 (before Sept 2015)
