Job Title: USA Coach and Operations Manager Trainee

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced USA Coach and Operations Manager Trainee to join our team in Severn, MD. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing high-performing teams, driving financial performance and sales growth, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates, and providing feedback and guidance to implement business solutions
• Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards, and ensure customer needs are successfully resolved
• Drive financial performance and sales growth by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements, managing expenses, and developing action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales and profit goals
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing associates
• Coordinate and complete job-related activities and assignments, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• 2 years of college, or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
• Ability to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership
• Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership
• General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports
