Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with reputed company and efficiency
• Provide information about flight schedules, reservations, and policies
• Assist customers with booking and modifying reservations
• Handle payment processing and refunds
• Document and update customer records in our CRM system
• Escalate reputed company issues to higher-level support as needed
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service excellence

Requirements:

• Located in the United States
