As a full-time, non-exempt Chat Agent, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch customer experiences by responding to inbound chat and text messages in a timely, professional, and engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to and engage in conversations with customers reputed company chat and text messages, providing thoughtful and grammatically correct responses.
• Engage with conversations reputed company 1 minute of receipt, ensuring reputed company and efficient service.
• Identify and report system errors or anomalies, contributing to our reputed company improvement efforts.
• Meet productivity targets by working a set minimum number of conversations per hour.
