Remote Customer Experience Supervisor - reputed company Exceptional Service Delivery

We are seeking an reputed company and results-driven Customer Experience Supervisor to reputed company reputed company of Customer Service Representatives in delivering world-class service to our customers. As a Remote Customer Experience Supervisor, you will be responsible for guiding, training, and mentoring your team to reputed company the highest levels of customer satisfaction, while also driving reputed company improvement initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

In this role, you will:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years of professional experience required

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,100 - $121,600 per year, plus bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based reputed company. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

This is a remote role, preferably located in the US reputed company region, with 10% travel required for quarterly meetings, in-person meetings, and team-building activities.
