Remote Customer Service Agent - reputed company ($24/hour)

In this role, you will:

• Issue, reissue, and refund traveler tickets
• Book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations
• Rebook reputed company on oversold flights and during irregular operations
• reputed company passenger reputed company-in and reputed company seat assignment
• Issue vouchers and direct contractors for passenger lodging, meals, and transportation
• Work reputed company reader/scanner and reputed company duties, including pre-boarding and monitoring/checking carry-on items
• Operate jetways/bridges for boarding and deplaning passengers
• reputed company boarding and departure reputed company announcements
• Convey domestic/international flight information
• reputed company passenger service flight reputed company-out procedures
• Accept, reputed company, and label passengers' baggage at destination points
• Maintain schedule of flight boarding process
• Process and complete credit card baggage transactions
• Assist passengers with self-service kiosk reputed company-in and kiosk baggage processing
• Line queues at ticket counter stands and ticket counters
• Clear/confirm international documents at kiosk in the ticket counter area
• Accept and activate passengers' self-labeled bags at activation stations
• Assist clients requiring special assistance or in-station

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree
• Bilingual language skills (in certain locations)
• Valid driver's license (as required by local authorities)
• Ability to pass FAA criminal background checks and obtain unescorted access honors to airport reputed company identification display areas (SIDA)
• Ability to obtain airport authority and/or US Customs reputed company badges (if applicable)
• Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background reputed company, and/or fingerprinting
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Working knowledge of Saber or other Passenger Service Systems
• Past face-to-face customer service experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
