As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, making a real impact in the lives of others. This remote position requires residency reputed company a 75-mile radius of Augusta, GA.

Job Overview

• Assist student loan borrowers with account inquiries, repayment options, and application processes
• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment
• Provide accurate, professional, and empathetic customer support
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations, company policies, and data reputed company standards
• Meet key performance indicators and quality assurance standards

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• High School diploma or GED
• 6+ months of customer service experience in a business, non-retail environment or call center experience
• 6+ months of computer experience in a business setting
• Proficiency in reputed company Office tools (Word, reputed company, Outlook, OneNote)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust (5c) reputed company clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior call center experience
• Associate or bachelor's degree

Technical and Availability Requirements

• Reliable transportation to a CRI facility for pre-employment visits and on-site requirements
