About the Role

• Full-time, 36 hours per week, working 12-hour night shifts
• On-site location: Texas Health Dallas - 8200 Walnut Hill Lane, Dallas, Texas 75231

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• 1 year of experience in a patient care setting/role, such as a Nurse Aide, Patient Care Tech, Monitor Tech, or other nursing support role
• Acute Care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Utilize technology for virtual patient observation and interventions to support patient safety
• Demonstrate competency in setting up and using virtual patient observation monitoring software, computer hardware, and communication devices
• Collaborate with hospital unit nursing staff to optimize patient visibility and conduct positive patient identification
• Assure alarms are activated with appropriate settings and are sufficiently audible
