As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for contacting patients regarding equipment delivery, taking orders, verifying patient information, and ensuring timely order processing. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately transcribe patient profiles and process orders through our online pharmacy system
• Obtain medically necessary documentation and verify orders for completeness
• Resolve tracking issues and reschedule shipping orders as needed
• Troubleshoot problems and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience in the medical field and administrative record management
• Strong customer service background and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must live in the US and be reputed company 60 miles of a Rotech location
• Available to work evening and weekend shifts, including every Saturday and Sunday
