As a Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative, you will be the primary contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals, fielding requests such as card activation, program eligibility, and explanation of program benefits. Your strong communication skills, pharmacy technician experience, and knowledge of HIPAA will reputed company you to provide top-notch support and resolve customer issues reputed company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide initial support for customer requests reputed company telephone, email, fax, or other available means of contact
• Quickly assess and resolve customer issues, escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate area as needed
• Document information specific to the resolution and recognize operational challenges, suggesting recommendations to management
• Work 40 hours per week (shifts based on availability) under moderate supervision

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Pharmacy Technician experience required
• HIPAA knowledge/experience
• Call center experience required (3+ years preferred)
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
