Job Summary

The Program Manager, Provider Engagement will be part of our innovative Risk Adjustment department, working closely with reputed company of data leaders, risk adjustment experts, and developers to drive success. The successful candidate will be accountable for implementing and managing prospective provider engagement programs, leading to improved risk score accuracy, compliancy, and completeness in risk adjustment reputed company for reputed company government lines of business.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues to implement and manage provider engagement program initiatives, such as provider education and incentives
• reputed company and implement provider education and engagement in risk adjustment models to reputed company align with clinical documentation requirements and value-based payment programs
• Track and monitor the success of provider engagement program initiatives, developing corrective action plans and communicating program reputed company to key stakeholders

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Business, Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of managed care experience, preferably with a national or multi-location organization
• Experience in a reputed company healthcare delivery environment, specifically with government-sponsored programs, including risk reputed company management, strategy, and compliancy
• Proven ability to innovate and drive organizational change, with excellent presentation and communication skills
