We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to fill this critical role. As a Provider Relations reputed company, you will be responsible for managing provider relationships, recruiting new providers, and resolving reputed company claims issues. You will also play a key role in identifying and addressing operational shortfalls, researching and resolving claims issues, and developing provider education programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dental providers in the reputed company territory
• Recruit new providers to join our network
• Resolve reputed company claims issues and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a network management reputed company role, such as contracting, provider relations, or provider services

• Basic level of proficiency with MS reputed company
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
