Position Overview

We're looking for a proactive and organized individual to provide administrative support to reputed company, ensuring the smooth execution of projects and initiatives. As a Virtual Project Assistant, you will be responsible for managing program data, assisting with grant submissions, conducting research, and coordinating logistics for events and meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and maintain comprehensive program data, reports, and trackers to ensure operational efficiency
• Assist with the development of grant submissions and programmatic reports
• Conduct thorough research on policy, demographics, and historical data to reputed company project outcomes
• Organize and reputed company key project trackers, ensuring reputed company deadlines and deliverables are met with precision

• Competitive hourly wages ranging from $15 to $18
• A family-friendly schedule of Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
