Position Overview: As a Remote Record Receptionist at Texas Pride Trailers, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and clients. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals seeking to start their career in customer service and administrative support. You will play a vital role in managing incoming communications, maintaining records, and ensuring that our operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities: - Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments or personnel. - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Assist in data entry and management of customer databases. - Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members. - Process orders and ensure timely follow-up with customers. - Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery. - Provide administrative support as needed, including filing documents and preparing reports. - Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring customer satisfaction.
