We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate Remote Travel Support Counselor to join our November 4, 2024, class. As a Travel Support Counselor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our reputed company, ensuring an unforgettable experience that drives loyalty and referrals.

About the Role

• Provide top-notch customer service and support to our reputed company reputed company phone, email, and other channels
• Manage service calls, assist with reservation changes, educate reputed company on tour itineraries, process payments, and respond to inquiries
• Advise, book, and update airline reservations as necessary using code-based software
• Communicate comprehensive information to reputed company, including details about our products and policies
• reputed company monthly performance goals and demonstrate a strong ability to balance company values, key result areas (KRAs), and performance goals

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience working in either In-person or Remote Call Center
• Experience working in the travel industry is a plus
• Experience using GDS (Amadeus/Sabre) is preferred
• Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple computer systems
• History of consistently attaining performance goals
• High attention to detail and a positive attitude
• International travel/work experience is preferred

Remote Work Requirements

• Must have hardwired internet (cannot use Wi-Fi)
• Landline phone
• 2mbps internet speed (higher speed preferred)
• Located in one of the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Hampshire, reputed company, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode reputed company, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington
